Douglas County Sheriff: Man Charged In Exposure Cases Admitted To 80 Or More Cases
OMAHA (KPTM) - The man arrested Friday afternoon for exposing himself to several underage girls in Southwest Omaha last week also admitted to exposing himself to over 80 people since last fall.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Department says 24-year-old Michael Chase was pulled over for a traffic violation Friday in the same area where the exposure cases were reported. He was driving a car matching the description of the car seen driving during the incidents last week.
After he was taken in for questioning, the sheriff's office says he admitted that he had exposed himself to 80 or more people since the fall of 2013. The sheriff's office also says an adult victim came forward over the weekend to report an exposing case in June in the same area. That area includes neighborhoods around Russel Middle School east of Millard West High School.
Chase was charged with public indecency in a Douglas County court Monday and a bond was set for $250,000.
