The Buffett Cancer Center hosts events each year for children battling cancer.

And this year it took advantage of the College World Series being in town.

Eleven kids and their friends got to ride in style via two limos through Omaha to Ameritrade Park for an evening watching Mississippi State and North Carolina.

Child Life Specialist Debbie Wagers said she takes these "Teens Night Out" trips each year to the series and every year the kids look forward to it.

Nathaniel is a huge baseball fan, so when he heard about the trip he said he was really excited.

Nathaniel is also battling cancer, but that didn't stop him or any of the other children from enjoying a day at the park.

Although the plans were a little soiled because of all the rain Wagers, Nathaniel and the rest of the kids said they had a blast.

Nathaniel said it was the coolest thing he's been to.
