Four Omaha track stars took home the gold at a national meet this weekend.

The 13- and 14- year-old girls are part of different track teams at Omaha public schools.

Jessica Wynne, Amagine Moss, Sincere Valentine and Lauren Harris united to become a winning relay team called Nebraska Elite.

The team competed in the Amateur Athletics Union's Junior Olympics in Yipsilanti, Michigan at Eastern Michigan University.

Parents say this is the first time Nebraska track teams competed together.

The team was coached by Shunta Paul and Nicki Paul, whose son Niles Paul plays for the Washington Redskins of the NFL.

DaRion Archie and Keith Harris also assisted in coaching the girls.
