COUNCIL BLUFFS-- Four people are now recovering after an opioid overdose Tuesday night.

Council Bluffs police say that they found three people in a car at the D & S Express gas station on N. 25th Street.

Officers say they were all unconscious. Police say they found another unresponsive man 30 minutes later at a house a few blocks from the car.

Police say the four people overdosed on Fentanyl, which is a synthetic opioid. Three people are still in the hospital.

Investigators are not sure if the two overdoses are related.
