Police: Four people overdose on opioids in Council Bluffs
COUNCIL BLUFFS-- Four people are now recovering after an opioid overdose Tuesday night.
Council Bluffs police say that they found three people in a car at the D & S Express gas station on N. 25th Street.
Officers say they were all unconscious. Police say they found another unresponsive man 30 minutes later at a house a few blocks from the car.
Police say the four people overdosed on Fentanyl, which is a synthetic opioid. Three people are still in the hospital.
Investigators are not sure if the two overdoses are related.
