Surveillance shows man steal car full of cleaning supplies

A woman is now looking for surveillance footage to help police with find who stole car and the items inside.

Surveillance footage shows a man driving down the wrong side of the street on Harney at 3:45 a.m. Sunday in a car that is not his.

Instead, it belongs to Desiree Galloway, and at least $2,000 of worth of cleaning supplies were in it.

"I really didn't know what to think at first,” she said. “Going outside and seeing it was gone – it was a shock."

She parks her car in the lot across from her apartment almost every day, and that's where she says it was taken from.

"Maybe someone towed it, maybe something happened to it, I’m only one with keys to it," Galloway said.

She hasn't had her cleaning business for a year, and as of now, she has to use her personal car and her manager's tools until something comes up.

She says the good news is that her business is fully insured so she should get most everything replaced.

The truck was later found near Bluff View Park next to a condemned house.

Police searched the car, and her tools are still missing.

She will not get her truck back until the investigation is complete, which could take a couple of days.

The woman is now looking for more surveillance video from another nearby business to help police with the ongoing investigation.
