Video of arrest of man accused of killing parents, niece day after Christmas
JACKSON, Tenn. (FOX 42 KPTM)-- We're getting our first look at the roadside arrest of the man accused of killing his parents and niece the day after Christmas in an Omaha home.
A joint task force with the U.S. Marshals pulled John Dalton, Jr. over along I-40 in Tennessee Wednesday afternoon.
Dalton is accused of killing his mother, Jean Dalton; father, John Dalton; and niece, Leonna Dalton-Phillip, Tuesday night near 37th and Spaulding.

Police say Dalton was taken into custody without any problems.
Dalton was also arrested in Tennessee in 1998 after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with his wife's death.
Court records show he took a plea deal with prosecutors that knocked his 2nd degree murder charge down to manslaughter. He was paroled in 2010.
The Douglas County Attorney's Office is working with another county attorney's office in Tennessee. Together, they're coordinating extradition efforts.
