Nebraska plans to work on its passing game since Quarterback Tommy Armstrong only completed 12 of his 31 throws on Saturday. There were also two costly turnovers in the game.

It's still unclear if Nebraska Tight End Cethan Carter will be available for Saturday's game. He is recovering from an elbow injury.

The Huskers are getting some national recognition for their work. Head Coach Mike Riley is on the watch list for a coaching award for leadership and integrity. Senior Nate Gerry is also on a watch list for defensive player of the year.

The College Football Playoff selection committee will release its first set of rankings on Tuesday.
