OMAHA Neb. (FOX 42 KPTM) — A spokesperson with Omaha Public Schools says a temporary janitor at Norris Middle School has been placed on administrative leave.
The name of the janitor has not been released.
In a letter sent to students school principal, Dr. Carrie Carr says, "We take reports like this very seriously."
We immediately contacted our Human Resources department. They placed the staff member on administrative leave pending an investigation. We also contacted Child Protective Services.
The letter also says if families or staff have a concern about inappropriate conduct, reports can be made by calling the Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-652-1999.
