Man arrested in deadly shooting


OMAHA, Neb (FOX 42 KPTM)-- Omaha police say they have arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting Wednesday night.

Police say they watched a man matching the shooter's description get into the passenger seat of a vehicle near 48th and Y Street.

Matthew Johnson was found in a home near the intersection Tuesday afternoon. He was found shot in the pelvis and later died at Nebraska Medicine.

Officers pulled the car over and took Matthew Arnold, 31, into custody.

He has been charged with second degree murder.
