Nebraska State Patrol cancels EMA for missing 2-year-old and 1-year-old


    UPDATE 6:50 PM: The Nebraska State Patrol has canceled the EMA for Stanley Skidmore and Franklin Blakely.

    They say both children were found safe in Utah.


    The Nebraska State Patrol has activated the Endangered Missing Advisory for two children from Sidney, Neb.

    They say a 2-year-old and a 1-year-old are both missing.

    They say Stanley Skidmore is a bi-racial, 2-year-old boy with black hair and brown eyes.

    The NSP says they are also looking for 1-year-old Franklin Blakely.

    They say Blakely is a white, 1-year-old boy with light brown hair.

    The NSP says both children were last seen in Sidney on Oct. 6.

    They say they were last seen in a blue Chrysler mini-van with Iowa license plate GBK 096.

    They believe both children are with 45-year-old Donald Winslow and 24-year-old Cherokee Blakely.

    The Sidney Police Department believes the children are in danger.

    If anyone has any information about the children they are urged to call the Sidney Police Department at 308-254-5515 OR 911.
