No bond for man accused of shooting, killing man at gas station

Keiandre Kellogg appeared in Douglas County jail court Wednesday

OMAHA, Neb (FOX 42 KPTM)-- The man accused of shooting and killing another man at an Omaha Bucky's last week appeared in court Wednesday morning.

Keiandre Kellogg, 25, is charged with first-degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, and possession of a gun by a prohibited person for the shooting death of Jeremiah Plater.

A judge ordered Kellogg be held without bond.

Prosecutors say Kellogg pulled up to the gas pumps at the Bucky's on 102nd and Maple on June 7th. They say he fired three shots at Plater.

Plater later died at the hospital.

Kellogg will be back in court on July 17.
