No bond for third man accused of killing Bellevue man


    A third person accused of taking part in a Bellevue man's death went in front of a judge Friday.

    Brandon Freemont was denied bond in Brian Faeller-Crom's death.

    Bellevue police say they found him with a gunshot wound in an apartment near 36th and Granada Parkway. This was on January 15th just before 9 p.m.

    Investigators say he later died at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

    Dakota Pirruccello, 18, was arrested in late January in connection with the death.

    Sadie Grant, 18, was arrested a few days later.

    All three are charged with First Degree Murder, Conspiracy to commit a felony, and using a firearm to commit a felony.
