Project Pink'd hosts Chef's Table for cancer survivors

-

Learning how to balance your diet is important, but learning how to balance your diet after going through cancer might just save your life.

Project Pink'd, an Omaha non-profit, treated 30 breast cancer survivors to their complimentary Fall Chef's Table.

Guests learned nutrition information, as well as dispelling myths about nutrition and cancer.

They even got to watch and learn as a professional chef put on a cooking demonstration.

At the end of the night, guests were given everything they needed to recreate the meal on their own.

This is the second Chef's Table put on by Project Pink'd.
